A Newfoundland Wish 4 Ellis

As we all know from our previous post, Ellis suffered from a brain stem stroke, where she had to undergo emergency surgery to remove a clot.

When the application came in, volunteers Christina, Angela, and Yvette immediately took on the wish as they had grown up with Ellis’s parents. After some coaxing (all Ellis wanted was an iPad, as she was worried about taking advantage, which shows her true character), we settled on a weeklong trip to Newfoundland, which started out with a weekend shopping spree in Halifax. And don’t worry, she also got her iPad.
