Who is eligible?
Children being considered for a wish should be between the ages of 3 and 18 and have a high-risk/life-threatening or life altering illness. Eligible children must live in New Brunswick.
Who can apply for the wish?
Anyone is encouraged to refer a child, including: family, friends, nurses, support organizations, social workers, and doctors. A child may even wish to apply themselves for a wish.
How does one apply?
Applications can be processed through our *ONLINE APPLICATION* or via our printable application and mailed in.
